Shipping policy

 

All US and international orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in the USWhen your order is placed we will email you an order confirmation (this is your receipt). Once your package is shipped, we will email you a shipping confirmation with the tracking number and courier. Due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud, we cannot deliver to PO BOXES.

Customers outside US are personally responsible for customs duties, brokerage & clearance entry fees in addition to shipping costs. Orders to countries outside the United States may be subject to VAT, import duties, and/or taxes at the point of entry. We ship your package according to the international commerce term DELIVERED DUTY UNPAID (DDU). This means that, upon checkout, we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders outside of the US. We cannot predict what your particular charges may be.

If your package arrives damaged in shipping or with missing content please report this immediately with the courier or at the latest within 14 days of arrival. Please provide photo documentation. Claims filed later than this are not accepted.
